Service Description
These 30/60/90 minute sessions establish engagement with transparency, clarity, and a shared vision for success with key stakeholders Sessions include one or more of the following: ~Engagement Launch ~Co-design the engagement in partnership with key stakeholders ~Establish confidentiality and reporting expectations ~Explore the leader’s current context, strengths, and challenges ~Discuss how coaching will support both the individual and organization ~ Articulate initial Action Plan and Benchmark Strategies aligned with the engagement in support of the Client ~Review and integrate any relevant evaluations, performance reviews, or strengths assessments (if available in advance) ~Engagement Reflection and Sustainability

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLED/MISSED/RESCHEDULED SESSIONS ........................ WildGeese AmongUs works to accommodate schedule booking, cancellation, and rescheduling as follows: ........................ Clients to schedule ALL sessions according to terms of signed agreement as indicated on the Online Scheduler. Failure to schedule and/or reschedule a monthly session or notify of a calendar change according to this policy may result in session forfeiture along with any associated travel and/or related expenses at the discretion of WildGeese AmongUs. ........................ Client to email 48-hour minimum notice by email for a Virtual or Telephone Session and 72-hour minimum notice for an In-Person or Onsite Session. EMERGENCIES by TEXT/PHONE at +1 202-236-1051 as soon as possible. ........................ Final Contract Agreement contains complete cancellation and rescheduling policy.
