SESSION DETAILS Sessions are offered in a range of VIRTUAL and TELEPHONE formats, and in some cases, tailored IN-PERSON sessions that honor pandemic safety protocols. WildGeese AmongUs is happy to accommodate and will work with you to determine the optimal session platform. SCHEDULE CHANGES Attendees are responsible for communicating by cell phone if there are any delays impacting participation.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLED/MISSED/RESCHEDULED SESSIONS ........................ WildGeese AmongUs works to accommodate schedule booking, cancellation, and rescheduling as follows: ........................ Clients to schedule ALL sessions according to terms of signed agreement as indicated on the Online Scheduler. Failure to schedule and/or reschedule a monthly session or notify of a calendar change according to this policy may result in session forfeiture along with any associated travel and/or related expenses at the discretion of WildGeese AmongUs. ........................ Client to email 48-hour minimum notice by email for a Virtual or Telephone Session and 72-hour minimum notice for an In-Person or Onsite Session. EMERGENCIES by TEXT/PHONE at +1 202-236-1051 as soon as possible. ........................ Final Contract Agreement contains complete cancellation and rescheduling policy.
