Threshold Sessions: 3–6 Month Pro Bono Coaching for Senior Public Servants, Nonprofit Executives, and Public Sector Leaders Navigating Complex Transitions In response to the rapid, unprecedented shifts in our federal and public sector landscapes, Threshold Sessions are offered as pro bono, coaching . These 3-6 month coaching journeys have supported senior public servants, nonprofit executives, and leaders within public service advocacy who are in the midst of complex transitions, disorienting changes, and high-stakes decision-making. Each Threshold Session is a tailored, 3-6 month coaching engagement designed to support you through: Navigating personal or professional crossroads Clarifying your values and aligning actions with your leadership role Building resilience to sustain you through uncertainty Strengthening decision-making during a time of institutional and personal flux Reaffirming your leadership purpose, integrity, and vision for the future This work is designed to help you refine your leadership, fortify your resilience, and restore your sense of purpose in a time of turbulent transition. Because of the deeply personalized nature of the coaching, Threshold Sessions are offered to only 1–2 individuals at a time. AS OF 15 MAY one space is now available for a new Threshold candidate.
