Service Description
These focused 30-minute coaching touchpoints, delivered by telephone or video, are embedded within WildGeese AmongUs 3-12 month coaching engagements. Scheduled with "as-needed" flexibility between Executive Coaching Sessions, TAP Sessions maintain momentum, deepen implementation, and keep your leadership development moving precisely when the work gets real. TAP Sessions deliver their greatest value when you are: · Preparing for a high-stakes conversation, presentation, or decision · Checking progress on a specific commitment and adjusting course · Navigating an emerging challenge that calls for timely support · Reconnecting with your development goals when organizational demands intensify · Processing a recent experience before your next full coaching session · Testing a new approach and refining it in real time TAP Sessions are most powerful when used intentionally throughout the engagement — providing timely access to support, perspective, and accountability between Executive Coaching Sessions. Sessions are engagement-specific and generally do not carry over month to month unless otherwise co-designed into your coaching agreement. Secure Recording & Transcription: Every TAP Session is supported by secure digital transcription technology — allowing Greg to remain fully present and engaged throughout your conversation while ensuring an accurate record of key insights, commitments, decisions, and action steps. You will always be notified when recording or transcription is active. All records remain anonymized and are permanently erased within 90 days following the conclusion of your engagement, in full alignment with ICF ethical guidelines. On rare occasions, anonymized sessions may be shared with the ICF for credentialing purposes only. Early notice protects your session and your investment — here is how to reach Greg: Virtual and telephone sessions — 48 hours minimum written notice Arrivals 5 or more minutes past session start may result in a shortened, rescheduled, or forfeited session, with any applicable fees, at the coach's discretion.

Timely notice allows everyone to honor their commitments and make the most of the engagement. Schedule changes and late reschedule requests are addressed with care and at the coach's discretion, in accordance with your signed coaching agreement.
