Your platform selection and session details will be confirmed upon approval during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Confidentiality & Data Retention Confidentiality is a foundational principle of the coaching relationship. To support accurate reflection, continuity, and accountability, sessions may utilize secure, encrypted recording and transcription technology. This allows Greg to remain fully present during your conversation while preserving key insights, commitments, decisions, and action steps for coaching purposes. You will always be informed whenever recording or transcription technology is active. Any coaching notes, recordings, transcripts, assessments, or related session materials are stored securely and treated as strictly confidential. Identifiable records are retained for up to 90 days following the conclusion of your coaching engagement to support continuity, follow-up conversations, and administrative requirements. After that period, records are permanently and securely deleted unless otherwise required by law or requested by you.
