A complimentary introductory Discovery Dialogue with Greg takes you from "0 to focused" in 45 minutes—providing an opportunity to explore your goals, ask questions, learn more about executive coaching, and determine whether there is a strong mutual fit. Discovery Dialogues are direct, practical, and entirely yours to shape. Greg listens first, asks the questions that matter, and helps you see your situation with fresh clarity, perspective, and possibility—all within 45 focused minutes. Zoom is the preferred platform for its ease, reliability, and seamless experience. Most major platforms are also accommodated. Your platform selection and session details will be confirmed upon approval during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Confidentiality & Data Retention Sessions may be recorded or transcribed using secure, encrypted technology — allowing Greg to remain fully present and engaged throughout your conversation while ensuring an accurate record of key insights, commitments, and action steps. You will always be notified if recording or transcription is active. Notes, recordings, and transcripts are securely stored, anonymized, and permanently deleted within 90 days. On rare occasions, anonymized sessions may be shared with the ICF for credentialing purposes only.
