SESSION DETAILS Sessions are offered by TELEPHONE and VIRTUAL, WEB PLATFORM formats, and in some instances, tailored IN-PERSON sessions that honor pandemic safety protocols. TELEPHONE SESSION Following Session confirmation, CLIENT INITIATIVES call to 202-236-1051 at the scheduled time unless otherwise determined. If the COACH will be at any other number for a scheduled call, Client will be notified prior to the scheduled appointment time. United States: +1 (571) 317-3122 Access Code: 425-975-197In order to navigate organizational and security protocols and to allow CLIENT to record sessions for personal use, CLIENT WILL USUALLY INITIATE AND HOST USING THEIR WEB PLATFORM. However, COACH and CLIENT will determine optimal platform for the session. Choose a session time, platform, & physical setting that assures the most freedom from interruption. Make certain to conduct ALL technical checks prior to the session & communicate any technical details to your COACH in advance. SCHEDULE CHANGES Both parties are responsible for communicating by cell phone if there are any delays impacting participation. A late arrival of 5 minutes or more compromises coaching efficacy. The Coach may recommend either a session extension OR reschedule to assure a successful session.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLED/MISSED/RESCHEDULED SESSIONS ........................ WildGeese AmongUs works to accommodate schedule booking, cancellation, and rescheduling as follows: ........................ Clients to schedule ALL sessions according to terms of signed agreement using the Online Scheduler. Failure to schedule and/or reschedule a monthly session or notify of a calendar change according to the this policy may result in session forfeiture along with any associated travel and/or related expenses at the discretion of WildGeese AmongUs. ........................ Client to email 48-hour minimum notice by email for a Virtual or Telephone Session and 72-hour minimum notice for an In-Person or Onsite Session. EMERGENCIES by TEXT/PHONE at +1 202-236-1051 as soon as possible. ........................ Final Contract Agreement contains complete cancellation and rescheduling policy.
