Paraclete mentoring is an interactive, ongoing, relational process using site-based and virtual sessions to guide leaders toward enhanced, collaborative solutions. Paraclete Mentors "come alongside" leadership over the course of a project, offering real time wisdom and mentoring to stimulate and draw upon the deep wisdom resources of the leader while linking them with new collaborators.

Sessions are a mix of sited and virtual conversations drawing upon sensory tools that heighten intuitive resources of the client. Sessions are uniquely tailored for individuals, team leaders, and systems and have been highly effective in the creation of innovative strategy for new and emerging projects.

Create an interdisciplinary, international conference at an internationally recognized, world class health facility to address spiritual life as an aspect of critical care for children and their families and also address issues of care for the caregivers themselves.

Wild Geese Among Us worked with The Texas Children's Auxiliary and a trans-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, chaplains, administrators, and volunteers and patient children and their siblings and parents to create a polyvalent learning environment. This emerged as a bi-annual international collaborative learning conference comprised of integrated medical, wellness, spiritual life modules throughout the event.

Wild Geese Among Us worked alongside key leadership through on site and distance coaching, developed a creative work team that oversaw the entire conference, and guided modeling for a unique conference setting integrating best-practice models for healthcare alongside the spiritual concerns of families, patients, and the clinical staff.

The conference is now hosted bi-annually and will enter its sixth generation in October 2013.
The conference has been consistently rated a success by attendees. We are currently working alongside leadership on event design and trajectory for future events.
